Resources for Members

Secure Members-Only Site

There's some information we want available to our members that shouldn't be publicly-accessible ... stuff like member rosters, contact information, and other internal club documents.  This section requires a userID and password for login.  Contact the webmaster if you have questions.  (Opens in a new window.)

We're proud of our members' achievements!  This chart shows the progress of all active members toward their next educational award.  (Opens in a new window.)

ARM Award Progress Chart

All new members of Lennox Toastmasters are assigned a mentor, and immediately begin working on their "All Roles Mastered" award.  This is the first award they'll earn as a new member of our club.  This chart shows the progress of all new members toward their ARM Award.  (Opens in a new window.)

DCP Tracking and Status Chart

Toastmasters International uses the Distinguished Club Program as a way to measure the health and well-being of a club.  It includes ten goals, measuring ten tasks healthy clubs will tackle during the course of the year as they work to meet the needs of their members.  Lennox International Toastmasters is serious about DCP, and we purposefully pursue the goal of President's Distinguished.  (Opens in a new window.)

The Toastmasters Educational Program

Confused by all the acronyms on our agenda?  Not sure where you're at on the educational path?  Wonder what's required for your next award?

We've taken the confusion out of the educational program with this easy-to-follow resource.  Know where you are, where you're headed, and what it will take to get you there.

Competent Communicator Information

All new Toastmasters begin by working through the Competent Communicator manual.  These ten projects help you learn the basics of effective communication.

Competent Leader Information

In 2005, Toastmasters International launched a significant change to the educational program by announcing a new manual in the Leadership track.

The Competent Leader manual provides ten projects to help members develop their leadership skills through meeting roles and written evaluations.

Advanced Manual Descriptions

Once a Toastmaster has completed the CC award, a whole new world opens up to them: the world of the Advanced Manuals.  These 15 manuals each contain five projects focused on a particular type of communication.

Speech Audit Tracking Forms

Our Club maintains detailed records of member achievement so we can proactively support them in moving to their next educational award.  Get a copy of your current audit by contacting the VP-Education.

But you can also use these blank audit forms for your own record-keeping.
